With the weather warming back up there are some simple things that you can do to check your gate opener for winter damage. First thing you can do is take off the cover and make sure that no critters have decided to call your gate opener home. Another thing that you can do is check all points of motion and make sure that they are properly aligned and lubricated. If you have a slide gate check the track for any dents or cracks that may have occurred from ice.
